Quantum3D appoints Brian Holmes VP Business Development

Quantum3D Government Systems, a provider of training and simulation services, appointed Brian Holmes as vice president of Business Development in its Government Systems division.
Holmes has over 30 years of experience in the training and simulation business and over 15 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing in the defense and aerospace market – and has gathered over $300-million in new business in commercial and military markets. He brings achievements in operations, program management and systems engineering for software intensive programs that focus on customer satisfaction; and experience in identifying and cultivating customer relationships.
Holmes serves as the current chairman of the board of directors for the National Center for Simulation, on the leadership track for Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference including 2018 deputy conference chair and 2019 conference chair; senior vice president of programs for the Sunshine Chapter of the Association of the U.S. Army and treasurer and member of the board of directors for Fairways for Warriors.
